Returns Policy

At Our Closet Pvt. Ltd., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items purchased from Our Closet may be eligible for return or exchange if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product ordered.
The wrong size, color, or product was sent due to an error on our part.
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
The return or exchange request is made within [3/7] days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery.
Items with removed or damaged tags.
Customized, altered, or specially tailored items.
Items purchased during clearance or marked as Final Sale, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Items returned after the specified return period.
Items that show signs of use, makeup, perfume, body odor, or other damage.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for an eligible item, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, Our Closet may offer:

An alternative product of equivalent value, or
Store credit, where applicable.

If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If it has a lower price, the applicable difference may be provided as store credit.
